My wife and I spent an outstanding weekend at the Port Albert Waterview Retreat in June 2021. Our hosts, Charla and Chris, ensured that our visit was superb in every respect. Their care and attention to detail were excellent. Nothing seemed too difficult for them and prior to our arrival, Charla had arranged reservations for us at the wonderful Wildfish Restaurant and the Toms Cap winery. Charla also ensured we were treated with an amazing hamper of local produce as well as some of her own fine home cooking. This was our first visit to Port Albert and I can assure readers that we will certainly return. We loved the open seaside walks, the friendly and generous people of the town and the wonderful vistas of South Gippsland. We highly recommend Charla and Chris' beautiful seafront retreat with its roaming kangaroos and birdlife. Thanks for a great weekend. John, June 2021

I can’t believe how amazing the weather has been, we had such a lovely time bike riding, going on bush walks, the kids even went swimming at McLaughlins beach! “Beautiful property”

Our family spent 4 nights at the Waterview Retreat and had a wonderful time. The house is luxurious and very well equipped, with stunning views. It’s such a peaceful location too, and just a short walk from the centre of Port Albert. A great place to stay and explore the surrounding countryside.
