Where can you find the carved animals from a tree stump?

Where can you find the the carved animals from a tree stump? Look carefully on the South Gippsland Highway between Toora and Agnes. It’s in a tricky spot where it’s difficult to stop. We were lucky that there was no traffic at the time and we were able to stop briefly for this photo. I would love to know who did the carvings. Does anyone know?
